has anyone figured out how to enable Halogen brights with xenon brights? And fogs stay on with brights on?

Fogs on with brights on is a coding feature I believe. Dunno about the other one.

Halogens on with the brights is soooooooo helpful. Dunno why they wouldn't enable this with the standard settings...
