Thanks. I spoke with EAG. They are not interested in my car due to the 2 ZHP's they currently have. They said they will contact me if they get rid of what they have.

That's a shame. Maybe they have a little bit of buyer's remorse and are having trouble getting rid of their current inventory at their high asking price. Both of the cars EAG have right now were on the e46fanatics classifieds and I was talking with each of the owners about purchasing them but they both decided to sell to EAG instead. Yes, I am still a bit bitter.
