And belt slippage is going to start being an issue beyond 7 or 8. I also wonder about cooling tank heat.

The kit looks pretty solid. Reminds me of the Gpower kit. I'd agree it could benefit from using a slightly larger filter for a bit more topend (since Vortech's tend to like higher rpm).
Concidering the boost is relatively conservative and you're still running oem headers, ~290 wheel is fantastic.
With headers and even a Dinan TB you could definitely get close to 320 wheel.
