What did you do for your ZHP/ BMW / MINI today? #2

Oh man oh man guys, just got my new clutch installed and it's... interesting. I was not prepared for the difference in flywheels to say the least lol. Ended up costing me an arm and a leg, or $3661 for it all(which is BS but it's $1500 in labor bc they've had it for a week trying to put the flywheel I ordered in). I exhausted all my options, including ordering the exact parts that came out of the old clutch, but for some reason the one I got had a 10 tooth insert when the clutch took a 22 tooth :/ so $1600 of parts are going to be getting returned to TurnerMotorsports. I'm bummed it's not what I'm used to but glad to be back behind the wheel, it's a hell of a lot smoother but the pedal weight is irking me haha, so I may look into getting a heavier spring for the clutch engagement U-Joint just to get that feel back.

Also there's a 800-1000 shift brake in time according to the slip they gave me. "Racing maneuvers lead to broken new clutches". Maybe I'll get some of that feel back after it's broken in

Fixed the rear deck rattle with some foam cones thanks to you guys. I also installed the bmw oil pouch a few days ago because it was $5 and I thought it was cool.

Yeah, I got 2 of those installed in my trunk. Pretty handy to store pliers etc.

Definitely embroidered. I've read some posts that the price can range from $100 to $200 and it is not easy to find a place to do it. I'm wondering if someone with regular embossed M3 black headrests would be interested in a trade??

Doubtful, but you might find some in the classified sections of Bimmerforums, Bimmerfest, E46 Fanatics, eBay, etc.
