First post edited to include the last page of the Bimmer article and a link to his E46f ad. It looks like his price is 24,000 now. Also, as someone mentioned in the E46f thread that since the VIN says it's a ZHP you wouldn't be paying M3 insurance rates.
Bump....priced at $24,000....the gentleman with the $25,000 budget should snap this up.....just sayin.
You mean it's not parked in your garage yet Dane?:)
Not a bad price when you look at what this place is asking for this 06 330Ci.:jawdrop

This is the same place that had an 06 Mystic ZHP with 40,000 miles that I was eyeing before I bought mine 1 1/2 years ago for $24,000.
Man, if only I had an extra $24k sitting around... I would buy it if I were looking for a new car.
Yeah...no kidding.
I wonder if i can get this much from the insurance company if they end up totaling my car? :rockon
I highly recommend TLP for anyone purchasing a car.

If I go after this car what kind of animal am I taking on? I have been driving a 99 Tahoe for the last ten years so I really have not had to do the level of maintenance required of a BMW, much less an M3. I am prepared for the maintenance I am going to need to do to keep a ZHP running good (it is going to be fun to have some DIY projects on the car), so what I want to know is how much more in time and $$$ am I going to be spending with this car?
The other thing is that I live in a small town in East Texas, and the nearest independent BMW specialty shop is 45 min. away. There is a shop in town that works on BMWs, but I doubt they are going to have the expertise to fix something major. Is this the type of car that is going to give me "major" problems on a constant basis?
No. The known issues with the E46 are well documented and the majority of them are preventable by doing regular maintenance.
Just got off the phone with the Bank of America and was told that if I want to get this I am an all cash buyer. I guess some one else is going to get the cool toy.
Damn BOA!!!!!
I sure would like someone here to get it.
mmm....interesting.
I just found this on BOA's site:

credit unions FTW.
Buy cash and refi at your credit union!!! Win
I'm a member of NASA credit union and Pentagon credit union. Love both of them.
"Oops I crapped my pants..." after seeing this car. Now back to the financing chat...
:rofl
I hope you get it bro.
+1 on PenFed... killer rate, awesome customer service. When dealers look shocked looking at the rate you know you found a good deal.
This car has been sold.
Good...now I can stop thinking about it.
