And finally, the solution to having to take off my antenna every time I put on the car cover. Just arrived from BAV Auto.

Swapped in the new LED's and finally have a nice clean bright amber light in the signals with no egg yolk look. But because this was my car, one of the old bulbs ripped away from the base and I had to pry out the base with pliers. Only in my car is something as easy as replacing a turn signal bulb more difficult than it needs to be.
