Replaced my turn signal bulbs tonight as the first part of my eBay order arrived. I've had aftermarket clear corners on my car for years with just regular slightly yellow halogens. They look mostly white when they blink, and it's bothered me for a while I just for whatever reason never changed them out.
Swapped in the new LED's and finally have a nice clean bright amber light in the signals with no egg yolk look. But because this was my car, one of the old bulbs ripped away from the base and I had to pry out the base with pliers. Only in my car is something as easy as replacing a turn signal bulb more difficult than it needs to be.
