Got the front up and on stands. As I just got the back wheels off the ground, the jack stand LF dropped two positions. The car was undamaged, and I wasn’t under it. Yeah, agreed. I still use jack stands but always have multiple redundancies such as a couple tires and the jack itself (though not under load) when I'm under my car. When I'm at the track I see so many people under their cars with it just on the jack, doing setup changes... smhQuote:

Shout out to the tire method. When I was installing my Eibach sway bars, the tarmac suddenly collapsed and the car tipped over and fell. Luckily I put one of the rear tires under the car which caught it. All it did was pop out the side skirt. Lifesaver right there.Quote:
