I have a question about tensioners. I know that people sometimes convert the alternator tensioner from mechanical to hydralic, but does/can the A/C tension be converted to hydralic as well?
The A/C tensioner is always going to be a mechanical unit.
Thank you for your response. After watching a video on youtube where a guy changed from mechanical to hydraulic, I better understand the assembly and will be ordering a new hydraulic component as well. It kind of makes sense since I'll have it all apart and be in there, it won't take an extra 5 minutes to install.
Gave her a facelift with Euro Clear-corners and side markers.
Went to my buddys shop during lunch to check out my suspension.
Looks like my FCAB'S are worn.
Going to order a set of Z4M's to go with my new Coil Overs.

Good plan. You might need an alignment after you install them, but they're well worth it

Oh you're redoing the suspension. Probably already had an alignment planned?
