I have a question about tensioners. I know that people sometimes convert the alternator tensioner from mechanical to hydralic, but does/can the A/C tension be converted to hydralic as well?

The A/C tensioner is always going to be a mechanical unit.

Thank you for your response. After watching a video on youtube where a guy changed from mechanical to hydraulic, I better understand the assembly and will be ordering a new hydraulic component as well. It kind of makes sense since I'll have it all apart and be in there, it won't take an extra 5 minutes to install.

Went to my buddys shop during lunch to check out my suspension.

Looks like my FCAB'S are worn.

Going to order a set of Z4M's to go with my new Coil Overs.

What did you do for your ZHP/ BMW / MINI today? #2

Good plan. You might need an alignment after you install them, but they're well worth it

    --edit--
Oh you're redoing the suspension. Probably already had an alignment planned?
