Thanks! They have been talking to me for a long time, and they wanted exclusive rights to sell the BlueBus, but my margins become crap at the point it becomes profitable for them to carry it, so I gave them a deal and a low minimum order quantity in order to get around those exclusive rights
The BlueBus doesn't need to be plugged into the car to upgrade. Have you tried simply restarting the firmware tool?
If that doesn't do it, right click the Start button and click "Device Manager". Open "Port (COM & LPT)" then plug the BlueBus in. The new option that shows up there is the BlueBus. If nothing new shows up under that list, then the BlueBus isn't being recognized and you should try a different cable.
If all else fails, email me at support@bluebus.dev
Everyone: Please install this firmware instead: https://t3ddftw.s3.us-east-2.amazona...us_1_1_9_3.hex
It fixes some volume control issues where you'd be liable to have your ear drums blasted after a call
Thanks!
