I enabled my remote angel eyes for both the ZHP and my ///M today. Didn't realize just how easy this was to do...

I used umnitza's video on uTube, here's the link:

    Now that was easy.

I Dr. C'd the hood, and waxed both hood and boot lid. Cleaned rims for the second time today. No one is here...but me...hehe

My on going project officially finally ended today. After initially replacing differential, transmission & brake bleeding fluids, I had a gap on my project. But in between, I replaced all spark plugs. As parts began to trickle in, my coolant replacement commenced. While getting inside, I was at the same time cleaning the engine bay above and below by detail brushings (degreaser & tooth brush) to remove crud, mud, leaves and dirt. Windshield cowl, cabin filter, windshield were replaced at the same time. ICV was cleaned and purged, belts, idler pulley, hoses, thermostat, temp sensor, expansion tank, water pump & pulley. Just about the whole enchilada. BMW coolant and test run. No leaks. Temperature stayed a tad below the mid range. Will keep an eye on the coolant level & leaks. Splash shield has already been scrubbed clean and installed. Now, I can concentrate on other projects on the plate. All things considered, this engine and associated areas are very accessible.

Unfortunately, I have neglected the other horses in my stable. Tomorrow, I have to take care of the E39 5'er. I have a new set of sprak plugs for her. Later, need to take out the GQ for a spin.....

Today I effectively neutered my brakes. Replaced lines with stainless and couldn't get the rear right off. So I didn't bother wasting brake fluid on bleeding until I could get tge line replaced.

    Sent from my Droid Charge.

Today I replaced my water pump, thermostat, hoses, idler pulleys, and expansion tank on the ///M since I just went over 140k. Then I drove it for 3 hours on the highway - road tested sat

All I have left on the ///M are bushings, FCABs / RTABs, and GUIBO...
