Klasse is pretty darn good. I'd recommend it, especially if you apply it, let it sit overnight then apply another coat. It seems to really improve durability. Maybe that's just because even coverage can be assured with two coats.

Does it have to be acrylic based? Seems like you aren't really getting your question answered so far... There honestly aren't that many high quality acrylic sealants, if that isn't a requirement it is a whole other discussion.

I used Opti-Coat. It's a weird coating to work with. It IS a little odd. You use a foam applicator and wipe it on all of the surfaces. After you do 1 panel, you go over and buff it with a micro fiber cloth. There was only one spot on my trunk that came out bad. Never had the umph to go back and polish and re-do it. It's only visible if you really look for it.

My suggestion would be to practice on something else first. Maybe the wife's car or...

Otherwise, it is really a good item. Since my back injury, I can't really wash or detail my car so I take it to a hand wash place by my work. They do one of the best jobs around for what it is. However, it does put microscratches in the paint every time. But, since I put the Opti-Coat on, it has held up rather nicely!!!

There is a good pictorial of a guy in FL that put it on only half of his car and bugs just hosed off very easily on the Opti Coated side. I mean REAL easy!

So, put me down for THUMBS UP for Opti Coat.
