What did you do for your ZHP/BMW today?

Any tips on that procedure? Seems fairly straight forward but I don't want to miss an obscure fastener and end up breaking something.

I actually got side tracked last weekend and didnt have a chance to get it done. Hope I can get to it this weekend because I really have to fix that sag and my lower grill needs a paint job bad.

I reconditioned my alcantara wheel this past weekend. I didn't take any pictures this time, but I had done it before took pictures then. The results are amazing. What looked like completely worn material is just as fuzzy as it ever was ~



I also replaced my upper and lower intake boots yesterday. I had nasty tears in both the old ones and replacing them has solved a hesitation on startup I had been experiencing... and my fuel economy is getting higher again. I don't think she's ever run better since I've owned her.

today i found the bottom right nut and washer for my aluminum accelerator pedal cover loose behind the pedal. i guess after a few months of driving, the nut came loose and wiggled off. unfortunately, that nut and washer was an absolute total B***** to put on. just the thought of doing it again with the pedal in the car is giving me nightmares. i might try to do it with the pedal completely removed...any tips for those with the pedals (dw/keith)?

Tape...wrapped around your finger...sticky side out. Stick nut to it. Hold behind. Turn lil bolt. Done.

spray caned the calipers - hate the color, its like cobalt blue. after timmayfest I'm gonna respray. wish i had more color choices from VHT other than red, black, silver and blue.
