I know cakm3 it didnt make sense to me either just a money trap i just wanted to clear things out in that car.. Wont happen again. Pretty stupid to change Spark Plugs at ever 35k km..

Finally took the plunge the other day and ordered a new windshield to replace my pitted one. $247 from Lincoln BMW. Got an e mail today confirming it qualifies for their free shipping for the month of July. :-) I was afraid they might consider it "oversize" and charge me something for shipping.

Gonna be nice looking through a nice clear windshield. Been debating doing this for a couple of years.

OEM windshield for $247 shipped? Wow! (or is it non OEM?)

It took quite a while, going on 3 weeks since I ordered, but I finally got my windshield today. I have a feeling they are overwhelmed with orders due to the free shipping they have had going on for the last few months. I know that's happened before for them. Can't beat the price though for a Pilkington windshield with rain sensor installed. I noticed they have extended the free shipping through August now.

Looking forward to getting it put in next week. Gonna be nice to finally get it done.

Funny you say this Meric Its easy to do if you get careless...this car has lots of power and is a much different ride from my ZHP... a more raw feeling if available power... since I've had my ///M over three years now... I've already felt her out and know what she can do... at this point I cruise but at speeds of 80-90mph... always doing so where traffic permits.

For me its all about respect and responsibility

I bet that sounds good! I remember a Youtube video I saw a couple of years ago of an M5 in the mountains somewhere.......sounded like an F1 car!
