I know but iv filled it 20+ times till the pump stopped itself and it's never done that before....

It was probably a faulty shut-off in the pumphandle. I have seen it once or twice before. Seems the evap hose gets gas in it so when you pull the nozzle out of the filler spout, the gas runs out of the evap hose and all over the car side and your shoes.Originally Posted by Crestwood1001

Yea I smelled nice all the way home haha. Worst one iv ever had was on our tower ladder at the station, I was pumping diesel into it one day after a call and it burped all over me when it filled up, I'm talking like a gallon or more sprayed out. My bunker gear smelled for a week
