But...would it not be easier to install Dynavin from an OEM Nav configuration?

Not necessarily. If I recall correctly, it's actually more difficult because of one of the connect things living in the trunk.

Yes you are correct. You have to get an extra connector and harness and stuff. Easier to just get the HVAC relocation kit and dynavin
But ugh, can we stop talking about the Nav, and show me some cars!
