We, too, will be staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, again, fwiw. The rooms were really clean and the staff was awesome. I wonder if we get enough people to stay there again, and reserve early enough, if we can get a group deal and all our rooms near each other.

I can definitely look into booking a group rate plan if necessary. I recently did this when we booked 3 room blocks at various hotels (3 different price ranges) for our wedding last year... Its not a very difficult process, and they are usually willing to work something out, provided that we guarantee a certain number of reservations...
But yes, in for dates. Who decides that anyway??
