    Haha. That's true.

I can just see him now backing out....right arm against the back of the passenger headrest, twisting neck back to see out the back window. Put into reverse, let the clutch out. Low burble of exhaust with a rich fuel smell. Wheels go into motion. After 20 feet hit clutch, hit the brakes. "DAMN...the handling I had coming out the garage was insane!!" Pulls back into garage to post about the experience.

I have a particular highway exit ramp that I'm very fond of. Tight right into a decreasing radius left that switches back into a tight right and dumps you onto another highway.

Recently took it at about 80% of what I think she can do (which I've done before). It felt tighter to me, but I was also looking for it to feel tighter.

Primary reason for install was for looks (unless you happen to talk to my wife, in which case the protection against astronomical repair costs from pot-hole induced strut tower mushrooming was the primary reason).

No doubt. We've always got two explanations. One for the significant other; one for the rest of the world. Gotta have that significant-other explanation in pocket at all times.

"Honey, think of the $284 for the CF strut brace as insurance-- it would cost THOUSANDS to repair the strut tower if I hit a pothole..... How often? Happens all the time-- one of the guys on the forum just mushroomed his tower yesterday. Now he wishes he would have gotten the strut brace-- tragic, really."

We won't use that in our marketing literature, Jim.
