Not supposed to be, but you can sign up for whatever chapter you want. You can even do dual chapter membership. But yes, I'm in the Sandlapper chapter. Makes it great for performance center events, but not so great for the monthly dinner meetings.

Was down to 2 miles on the range computer in my car today. Filled up with 16.147 gallons, the most I've ever put in. 1st time it's been that low and I almost never let that happen.
