I took some more photos of it however my phone is dead. Once I recharge my phone I'll post the details of it when I can. Regarding the lift it was at my friend's auto body garage. It's good for about a 5ft lift. It's hydraulic and electric. Pretty cool thing if you want to do some under body work or suspension work.
Pretty sure it is one of these two. My guess is the first one since it went under all four of the jack pads. -
