Mmm....that's weird. Take it back and have him give you the code. That will tell you if it's the seat belt tensioner, switch, etc...

Washed, detail spray, carnauba wax, cleaned out the inside. It's looking goooooooooooood2 hour endeavor, but it's always so fun to do. Can't wait to get an orbital buffer, clay bar, and really detail the car this summer.
I parked my ZHP on "BMW DR" today... even took pics![]()

30% chance of rain but I still washed the car today...
The front wheels get dirty so fast, the brake pads are fairly new but I'm really contemplating replacing them with something that does not produce a lot of brake dust.
I also detailed the interior. However I have to wait for an extra hot day to condition (Leatherique) the seats, so I'll do that on Tuesday when it's 93 degrees.

My rears are okay but the friends get filthy in only a day or two... A week and the wheels are completely brown...
I didn't take any before photos but I will later this week.
Any suggestions on low brake dust pads that don't sacrifice braking performance?
I did some searching and I keep seeing Axxis pads recommended.
I've been using StopTech slotted & drilled rotors with Centirx ceramic pads on all of our BMWs and we've had maybe a couple Roundel cars over the last 5 years (LOL, more like 15), great stopping power and low low dust. In fact had the wife's x5 brakes done under warranty at the dealer a couple months ago and as soon as I got it home I changed the pads to Centrix ceramics. My opinion, you need the S&D rotors to get the ceramics to bite well, but we tend to brake a bit more aggressively in my family, especially my boss (wife) does. I get my brake kits from a member here, Ray (SmileyZ) hit him up and he'll take care of you. His website is brakeyourself.com but Ray beats the heck out of those price for Mafia members.
