What did you do for your ZHP/ BMW / MINI today? #2

There's a manufacturer in Long beach that does customization. Specialty in classic BMW seats to Recaros or vice versa. They did my M3 seats to Recaros.

Yeah, you sent me that link before but aren't yours are STi Recaro's? IIRC the E30 has flat mount points on the body so that's why it's so much easier to make adapter brackets vs E21. I'm just screwed because I own the forgotten 3er that still has leftover 2002 technology to it.

They customized the mount to fit the STi Recaros. There is a small mount that is close to the door. I did not even have to bring it to them. They already have the templates for all seats related to BMWs.

I received the October/November edition of Boston Bimmer (CCA publication) which featured the 2013 Concours d'Elegance at Larz Anderson Auto Museum back in August.




To my surprise on page 13 I see a very familiar sight
