Yes I do believe that makes a big difference, especially when compared to the north bay. I lived in Marin county for a while, (and live just north of it now). Marin county is one of the richest counties in the country but the only cars you ever see are stupid priuses and other hybrids.Must be a Norcal Socal thing.
Go down to LA and it's a super car bonanza! My girlfriends family lives in West Hills. Once a month there's like a 200+ car meet up 3 blocks from her house. North Bay Area doesn't have anything like that. We have meetings about how to get rid of cars
