Any thoughts on Carolina Motorsports park? Its in Kershaw, SC - about an hour or so out of Charlotte I believe. Potentially significantly cheaper than VIR and I for one have yet to take my car on the track so I don't mind starting off small

I looked at the site briefly, but everything seemed to be centered around Karting... do they allow real cars?

I did..I ran a Colon Cancer run early and made it out around 9:30...Big turnout, I was a bit surprised since it was on an off weekend and that it was cancelled briefly...

Good to hear. I got back into town a little late and decided to wrench on the car instead. I think I may try to catch the uptown meet this Saturday but St.Patty's day festivities may get in the way.
