William, those look great! I def considered those when I got mine. Love how the look against the black. Did you "glue on" or drill in the deal pedal? I see it's a little short of the full dead pedal, and knowing you I fig'd you'd be aware of that.

BTW, did you get my text?

Yeah the height of the dead pedal is not ideal and it does annoy me but you can't see that high up under the dash while sitting in the car so it will have to do. I actually mounted it even with the carpet instead of the floor to minimize the gap at the top.

Yes, what were we looking at when I spotted what that part was? I kind of think it was in a reply to a post here on the Mafia?

I had no idea this clutch pedal existed, the pedal heights have been irking me since I bought the car. Add another mod to the to-do list!

    Nice work.

Fig'd you made a conscious decision on that pedal. As far as the text, it was a PDF diagram that actually had a pic of that traction brace pictured underneath the car. Hmmm, maybe that's why I couldn't find it, as it was a post on here? I'll check my project thread. EDIT: Nope, not there. EDIT: could not find it on here with multiple searches. Thought it might be in that CDV PDF doc talking about traction, but it wasn't.

I don't understand what's so hard about making them to fit properly?

I know. That's strange, as my deal pedal is the right size. Guess it depends on brand, model. you can't see the top of mine but it's closer to the top. But as William said, the good thing is you can't see it so it's not a show stopper.

PS Don't mind the old pic with the glare, the seats/interior don't look that bad.

I dropped a new fuel pump in this weekend since the original one finally died. 77,771 miles on the original.

Now I'm really annoyed. I'm going to see if I can find a black one that matches and goes all the way to the top.
