A guy I who contacted me from e46f said he put them in as a test and they worked. He said one of the mods there did a DIY write up. I need to search some more. I saw another guy who put M3 seats on a sedan also.

He does mention "If going into a sedan you only have to swap the rail with the seatbelt anchor (outboard) - it's only got 2 nuts holding it in place so that's a piece of cake."

and "Sedan seatbelt bases attach to the seat rail. Coupe (including M3) seatbelt bases attach to the car floor. That's why you have to swap rails, for the seatbelts to mount.

edit: The B-pillar trim is the other part of the car that the seatbelt mounts to. Then it triangulates at the buckle."

I bought the khoalty zkw lenses and did a refresh, too. Check my build thread; link in my sig.

Pair of lenses was $80 compare to $120 EACH for OEM.

But $44 for the OEM lens seal! Over 50% of the cost of the lens. Are these new seals needed?

Ok, guys needs some help here. Will coupe seats fit/work in a sedan? I have a lead on some NB seats from a coupe and would like to not have to swap skins. ANy issues with the rails? I think I can ignore the side handles. Thoughts?

I bought them and couldn't get them installed. I know norcalzman had the same issue. I sold my seals on eBay for $37, so it wasn't a complete loss.
