Shawn, let me know when you are doing the rear deck (and what to buy for mine), I'd like to return to black instead of the BMW Individual color, "Ocean Indigo" that seems to come standard on E46's!

Also, I finally went by Sure-Fit today, told them about the A-pillars and she immediately said it's better to just go ahead and get the replacements so the fabric matches (also would be cheaper). As for the seat, she said a clean/condition would make them look and feel that much better that you wouldn't mind the slight wear. Otherwise, she gave me the card of another business that could dye the worn areas. Showed her the pictures you sent me of your seat just for kicks and she said you'd have to provide the material and it'd be around $300, "we'd have to take the seat apart yada yada..." They were nice though, my friend was joking about how there I was ready to spend money and they basically were like save it for something more important. Which...I have in mind.

Thanks Dan. I dropped the acl seat off for repair today. $200 for the bolster as the seat is out of the car and I had the fabric.

As for the rear deck, I may get to it this weekend. Not sure. I bought new c-pillar covers for Colin's car but I think I will use them as mine are staring to flap (I stand by my theory about the open windows accelerating the flapping!). I'll then try to repair my c-pillars to use in his car. If that doesn't work I have time to buy new ones for him.
