I think there is also the selector rod.

I think I remember him saying it wasn't needed when I was asking about UUC's DSSR. I'll check unless someone else here knows.

The selector rod is the bent part arm at the bottom of the shifter. It's backwards in the pic you posted though, it bends up over the front u-joint and then down. I really don't think it's possible to install it upside down though. What I'm not seeing in the pic is the pin where it attaches to the transmission, part #15 in this pic:

I've never seen this specific shifter so maybe it isn't even used but you should check in the instructions before tearing everything apart.

This is actually the OEM ZHP shifter:

You can see the bent connector rod and the pin is again #15

The instructions have you reusing the pin. Many people have reported that the front assembly as the source of slop but I've never heard which specific parts actually wear. Most just replace everything with one of these kits that also includes the pin:

It's highly possible that he didn't include it because it doesn't wear but considering the price I wouldn't want to get all the way in there and then realize I need a new one:

    Best Short Shift Kit?

Thanks. Ronald (Owner) is going to send a list of parts that may need replacing. I will do the pin for sure.

After emailing with AutoSolutions, I do plan to replace both shifter bushings 52111222015 and 25117507695 as well as the dowel pin 2311466134.

The part that usually wears out and causes slop is the rubber bushing for the connection between the selector rod and the rod joint, the pin just locks it in place:
