Alignment this week.
Air wrench is a big help. Nice work.

Changed belts and pulleys with the Contitech kit. Pulleys are INA. Good stuff. My main tensioner pulley was very noisy. My AC pulley seemed perfect, however.
I have a Step and of course had to take the fan clutch off of the water pump... no leaks, but the wp shaft has a slight bit of slop in it.
SO... ordered a Saleri wp, Wahler thermostat, and URO aluminum wp pulley. Oh, and BMW coolant.
    I'm at 61k miles.

Question: Is it common when re-attaching the radiator hoses to the thermostat the hoses may not perfectly mate up causing a leak?

I ask because I think I have this problem after finally re-attaching everything and starting the engine. I now haz leak.

It's not a mating issue imo.....it's just a pita to complete a secure connection.
