Nice! I want to get a set of Arc-8s in 17x9". Maybe next year. I meant reduce NVH = noise, vibration, harshness. Not "NVM"! The UUC blue (formerly red non-bolt-through) transmission mounts without enforcer cups have slightly less NVH than the BimmerWorld poly mounts with enforcer cups. (Not sure BimmerWorld sells them any longer.)
I do worry about the moneyshift issue. In the ZHP with stock mounts, I had trouble downshifting to 2nd gear in right-hand turns. Of course one answer to that would have been to finish downshifting in a straight line, before turn in. Trying to remember why it was an issue, maybe I also had trouble upshifting 2nd-to-3rd in those tight right-handers. Going to BimmerWorld solid rubber engine mounts and solid poly (non-bolt-through) transmission mounts eliminated shifting issues but gave me the "magic fingers" vibration at idle, especially when cold. The E36 is going to get either BimmerWorld solid rubber or AKG 90A solid poly motor mounts.
Not today, but over last 2 weeks I have been falling in love all over again with the way my ZHP drives. It was in the body shop for 3 months. It's just so nice...
Yesterday dropped the E36 at indie off for oil pan baffle, rod bearing replacements (since oil pan is off), swapping strut hats on Bilstein sport struts (more negative camber), oil pump upgrade, and alignment. Should be 7-9 billable hours of work and the most I've ever spent at once doing maintenance or mods (exceeded only by the ZHP collision repair). I was going to swap the strut hats myself yesterday but ran out of time so will just have to pay the shop to do that.
Got a brand new cup holder (soft-touch material was worn away and nasty on the old one) and new trunk struts. Both 2-minute installs that make a world of difference!

Stephen, where does it come close to rubbing, the inner wheel well, struts, or outer fender? Is it tight in front or rear or both? I have D-force LTW in 17x8.5 ET40 and they fit well on slightly lowered coilovers except for occasional rubbing areas
1) With 255mm tires, fronts rub on inner wheel well at full steering lock. Solved with 5mm spacer and going to 245mm tires.
2) With 255mm tires, rears rub on upper outer fender in hard turns. Initially solved by raising rear ride height slightly, currently solved with stiffer rear springs and using 245mm tires instead of 255.
I do have more negative camber than stock in front (-2.5 to -3.5 depending on plate settings), -2.0 degrees in rear. I think the 17x9" wheels are ET42. If I run them with 255mm tires, I expect I'll need 12mm spacers in front plus keep the wheels from rubbing the inner wheel well wall. Not sure how I'll avoid rubbing in back, maybe keep the stiffer springs with slightly higher ride height? Or make rear camber -2.2 degrees? But I know it can be done.
Got a OE car cover on the cheap and getting the battery replaced under warranty from Advance Auto

Front - wheel itself is pretty close to edge of fender. 245/40/17
Rear - probably a bit extra room if the correct tire size was on. But the edge of the wheel is right to the outer edge of the fender. 245/45/17
