Finally, a hand wash after about 6 months of not being able to touch it due to these ridiculous temperatures we had this winter. I forgot what my car actually looks like.
It was nice enough where I even did the door jambs, took a Swiffer to everything, and vacuumed out the whole interior and scrubbed the rubber floor mats. Felt so good to finally do this after so long!
It was so dirty that it looked like this even though I just got back from rinsing the car down:
But now it's finally clean.
All that white crud still on the carpet is stuck on salt. Really boils my blood to see that I can't get it out easily...
If I had to take a guess, the hasty parking job suggests that the car broke down and they had to leave it there. Perhaps they can't afford to fix it yet which would explain why it's still there.It has been sitting there for months

Not as extensive as BP's but I managed to hand wash my ZHP today as well....man was my car dirty!!

Looks good guys. I haven't washed my car in at least 6 months.... in fact , it might of been Bimmerfest... oh well, my car lives in the garage and never goes out in precipitation so it's a nice layer of dust...
