Yea it may get rid of CEL, but it does not allow the car to be OBDii ready; as in all the readiness checks will not be green. Not a big deal in some states where you can have up to 2 monitors not ready, but many states require all 7 readiness monitors to be green. The tune disables the heated o2 sensors so the bank is not read and therefore cannot become "ready"
It will say not ready or not supported which equals a fail on inspection...
