Yes and yes. If you want a gauge of where they'd be on your car at lowest setting. The rears with spring pads installed and the adjustment rings in as well would put the rear at 24.175" to the fender lip. The fronts I adjusted to match and was 4 turns up from full bottom. Think the fronts would go down for front rake to another .25" lower.

The PSS-10's set at ~3 is where the PSS are in relation to how firm they are and is probably where I will keep the 10's at except for track days. Set at 10 results in a ride that makes things rattle in the cabin over bumps and was noticeable when my wife followed me. "Looked bouncy" was her quote. Bilstein Sports are probably a 5-6 on the PSS-10's.

Again, just our opinion. The ONLY reasons I went to PSS-10's on my 323 was we track my car and I couldn't find another set of decent used PSS non-adjustable.

Interested in your thoughts on the Hawk 5.0s.

Haven't driven spirited enough to really get a feel for the new brake setup since it has rained pretty much nonstop for the last week. I did bed them following Hawk's procedure during a break in the rain, but I think I might go and do it again in a few days to really set down a nice film. So far though no complaints. I did notice that they don't quite have the initial bite of the OEM pads.

Yup, I noticed that there was no bite as well but, also noticed a shorter stopping distance. Before the Hawk 5.0s, I was using Mintex from Bav Auto so, I can't really compare them to BMW OEM.

    Keep us posted.

well, the benefit to an adjustable setup is that you can corner-balance the car, and adjust the damping per road conditions (say, family trip vs spirited driving, or track days). i wanted the PSS10 but i ended up getting the PSS because it was about half the price. and everything i read about the PSS suggested that bilstein nailed the damping for a daily driver, and i have to say - after almost 1000 miles of mixed driving, i'm inclined to agree.

for height adjustments, i was happy with then ZHP stock ride height so my car is setup pretty close to that. perhaps a tad lower up front. travel is good.

i'm running 4 turns up from the bottom on the rears with all pads in, and 7 turns up in the front (well, 7 turns visible below the lock ring - that's about 9-10 turns up, basically at the top of the adjustment range.

that was what i was deciding between before i bought the PSS. i was going to get custom-valved externally-adjustable rears from Ground Control though.
