Haha! Not having a cup holder was a little annoying at first, mainly because I'd have my passengers saying "wait you have a "fancy" bmw and it DOESNT have cupholders?'"
Luckily I never carry anything more than just a water bottle, or my coffee cup which is leak proof, so I just throw those on the passenger seat
