Glad you got that sorted Charlie. And, thanks Charlie, Dane; I'm very happy with how it came out.

Yes! Found one. This is a few months back, after I experimented with Plasti Dip on the shift plate. It ended up getting nicked pretty fast, and I re-did it yesterday with the SEM Color Coat. But this shot shows the black cube trim wear pretty well, along with the nasty ash tray and sunglass bin and shift knob with the previous owner's gunk on it. That got a good clean as well.

Drove up to Charlie's place and he assisted with disassembling my driver's side headlight. The goal: replace the stepper motor.
Unfortunately, RealOEM gave me bunk information. The part number it says my VIN should have for a stepper motor is incorrect on the site, so unfortunately I had ordered that part number and found the part received to be different than the part that came out of my headlight. I was annoyed that I spent that money on a part thinking it was the correct part number.

Luckily Charlie had spare parts (as usual) and took one of the steppers out of his spare headlight assembly and ended up installing that instead. Hopefully it works out - we'll find out tonight.

Nice assist Charlie. That had to be frustrating. I hate it when a company doesn't give the right info (or parts).

Looks great....I've got to do the black cube trim on my driver's armrest as it's scratched to heck and back: what model/paint code SEM paint did you use??
