Currently considering going this route for my headlight rebuild... Does Xpel truly yield benefits for the price?

I have a passing interest as well. Continue the debate!

As a complete aside, I am thoroughly enjoying your autocorrects.

    So I'm a moron.

Bought the strut reinforcement plates and didn't really pay attention to the threads here. Got all excited to install them under my M3 strut tower brace and realized I need to sandwich them between the mount and the turret. I don't mind dropping the strut out, but I think I'll wait until it warms up enough to feel my fingers. Might as well combine that with the new FCABs sitting on my bench and while it's apart maybe control arms too.

Oh, and the front right wheel bearing is singing me the sound of it's people on left sweeping turns. Looks like that needs attention too. FAG or SKF, anyone got a preference?

Roger that. Did you do the bearing/hub assembly, or press the bearing out/in and reuse the hub?

The front is a complete assembly. Check out the project thread for Sketchi. I got pictures there
