. There are four bolts to remove the cross-brace then you have pretty easy access to the mounts. Only took me about 30 min. Be sure to have new top and bottom nuts on hand. You also might want to have 4 new bolts for the cross bar as mine were pretty rusty (but I'm sure your car is much cleaner and would be fine).
You just have to loosen the top nut with a 13mm after the bar is out of the way. The mounts slide right out.

Good stuff, I need to do this as well as my motor mounts. I inspected mine yesterday and they look pretty worn.
