Thanks guys.
Another larger random question. Well two rather. I bought an automotive stethoscope to hunt down my vacuum leak. It is def coming from below the intake manifold.
How hard is it to remove the intake manifold?
Do i need to replace the intake manifold gasket if I pull it off?
I have my GFs car for the week, so I want to pull the intake manifold to get a closer look underneath and get the right vacuum parts.
I'm beginning to think that, for an owner with windshield washers installed, it would be quicker and simpler to remove the airbox, and the washer reservoir if necessary. I've searched both operations on YouTube and they look easy-peasy compared to getting the headlights out in a headlight washer configuration. Does this make sense?

K found a gasket set. Manifold comes off today. Already removed all my air induction system. F-connector broke this time around :/ Didn't last time When I swapped in new DISA valve and lower intake boot.
Unfortunately, thats not a part carried at your common autoparts store
What are these hoses for? Looks like it connects to the radiator and goes behind the engine on the exhaust side.

AC? Not sure. Normally metal fittings means AC I thought
Definitely AC. Note the star-shaped black cover on one side.
I will be proven wrong...
yep! AC

So, when you remove an intake manifold from the engine block, you should not see oil all around the gaskets, correct?
