My pleasure. It's really for my own benefit so I can go back and see when and what I've done, as well as get some advice from other members. If other people get some use of it, even better.

I didn't notice until now that you're in Portland. Good luck in your search, it's tough to find any good ones local.

On Thursday I used Dual's guide here to adjust the driver's side door handle. It releases much easier!

Today I washed the car because it was in dire need, but sadly the vast amounts of pollen in the air means about 10 minutes after I finished it had a fine coating of pollen and small dead flower petals. Losing battle but at least it was clean for a few minutes.

Took a blast down some of my favorite roads. I can't imagine I'll ever get sick of how this car feels. As James May so eloquently puts it, it gives me the "fizz." Some crap photos on my phone, lighting was poor as well:

Didn't do much for my car today but I finally replaced the broken jack mounting screw (part no. 71126755390). The previous one was snapped and would fall out of the jack.

Brakes have developed an obnoxious squeak. I'm not sure why, it hasn't done this before.

Changing career path or just hopping to another local employer?

Continuing the career path, just a new job.

What kind of pads are you running? I can't remember... My Hawk pads started squealing maybe a couple of months after I installed them

there you go.... I'm not sure which Hawk pads I have because the wife bought them for me... I just live with the squealing, I never tried resolving it.

Huh, shame. I was so happy they were quiet and dust free. I might try and pop off the calipers and apply some more anti-squeal compound if I have some time.
