What did you do for your ZHP/ BMW / MINI today? #2

Actually, lol, it's a Luninoodle. Bought it on Kickstarter. It's a magnetic string of LEDs that run off any USB power source.

They have newer versions which are brighter (I think), which Id recommend. Helps add some overall ambient light.

Not a fan of chrome, blacked out the 330 lettering on the rear. Came out well I think. And since I had the material, blacked out the front bumper mesh as well which really makes the car look better.

"ZHP is a garbage option anyway- just some cosmetic upgrades with a different cam and diff to claw back some of the performance lost fitting those hideous and heavy wheels. Any 330 with a 3.46 diff will smoke a ZHP every time. The whole Mafia thing reeks of childish behavior." - anonymous E46 fanatic

Looks great! Is that a 'wrap' product you used? Could you apply it in place on the grille or did things have to be disassembled?

I sprayed both with plasti-dip. Removed nothing for either job. For the lettering, tape off local area, spray and then once dry, remove excess. Many youtube DIYs on this. For the bumper mesh, spray in place after taping off some of the bumper exterior and using the balloon method to protect the inner part of the bumper / cooling fan / engine.
