Tirerack tends to double wrap wheels with extra boxes that they have laying around. In this case, it looks like you got the extra protection of an OZ box.
Edit: Yep, now that I'm looking at the pictures on a monitor it's obvious. They did the same thing when I ordered loose wheels. Keeps your wheels better protected and your BBS box looking fresh!

Thanks. I love them too and it was such a blessing to pick them up with brand new rubber for $350. Here's a better perspective. I thought it would be big enough for our mattress but not quite.

I think you have to chock the wheels on the trailer and do a 4 wheel burnout in the sand before you leave...Thanks.
