Told me it drives smoother than his F10 so I might be trashing my springs and copying the suspension setup
Gorgeous, and I bet it sounds fantastic. I've been staring at this picture trying to identify where exactly in NC it is, but I'm stumped right now.

    What springs do you have?

Ya know he might've taken this after he purchased it down the road so it might not be NC in this pic.
I've got H&R's and can't say I LOVE them, I bet they'd be great on the track, but as a daily setup they're awful stiff

Are they the red h&r race springs? I have the blue h&r sport springs on my wife's car and they are great.

I also have the sport springs with Koni yellows. I find with the softer setting, it's a great balance between sport and comfort.

I believe I have the same set up, how do you adjust them? I don't see an adjusting ring

I think the sports were red too, until recently.

This is the combo I'm thinking about. I need to hurry up and decide so I can install my front struts. I just keep waiting on a good deal I know will never come lol.

The fronts Koni Yellows come with a little white tool you use to adjust. The rears you have to fully compress the damper and use a hex key to adjust the firmness.

Damn... I own none of that, are the keys specific to individual ones or can I buy new ones?

It's not specific. It's just a plastic adjustment knob.

    edit: whoops

For the rear I don't think we even used a hex key.

On a serious note your car is looking very sharp, and it's got some great stablemates. Have you thought about using a headlight resto kit on your side markers? I was very impressed with the results when I did mine.
No, no cats here; I have three dogs. Those are empty Costco laundry detergent containers I use for emergency supplies; part of my 'go kit' if we have to leave in a hurry...just pick them up, toss them in a car, and go.

I will try the Meguiar's kit from Costco. Thanks for the tip.

Thanks Shawn. Let me know when you are going to turn some wrenches. I will take the 2002 down.
