It'll happen to me if I'm shifting really quickly. Not sure if it's from the slop in my shifter, but I'm probably going to follow Peter's "bulletproof" shifter refurb to see what difference it makes.

I just removed my CDV this weekend, and I still have an issue with shifting into second. I can never get the "spot" perfectly. Can you paste the link to this shifter refurb?

My trunk is getting that same sweet sweet E46 Crayola smell you get from the backseat sound deadener. Safe to assume it's from the dried out and totally brittle crap behind the panels/over the rear shock mounts?

I think so. When I refreshed my rear suspension, that "sound deadening" material covering the shock mounts smelled like a Crayola factory.

Any headers paired with UUC TS3 full exhaust not too loud or destroy the awesome sound of the UUC Exhaust? I want some HP gains but I love my exhaust tone too much. Can’t justify the HP gains over the Exhaust tone of the UUC. But maybe there’s a right set of headers that can get some gain but also keep the lovely sound?
