My car hasn’t been cleaned for four months while it was getting Vinceafied. Decided to give her a wash while it’s 32° out. Thanks to the Dirty girl the driveway is an ice rink now!! LOL But all her seals, cracks and sills are cleaned and dried. Time to mount winter wheels on tomorrow.
This picture was taken by Lightroom Mobile on my iPhone 7 Plus in RAW. It was darkness before and Lightroom took the raw data and brought out usable detail. Not bad!!

got the heated seat wiring retrofit done and tested out some old test seats that have heated pads in them. works very nicely. will be tanking the pads out of these seats to install into the new m3 seat skins soon.
im trying to decide... since heated seat pads are kind of permanent, is it worth getting new seat pads at about $250 for all 4 pads? compared to the $50 i paid for a set of used pads in questionable condition? both seats heated up nicely and evenly but im worried since they are old and used that they could go "bad" at any time.... ive read stories of people having heated eats that get too hot, or pads go out or just stop working...
fully working button panel now.
