My starter was seized to the bell housing. Also had a devil of a time removing the top starter bolt and side bolt next to the headers. Removing the manifold provided a lot more room to work, and I would’ve never gotten the starter free with the manifold in place.

Went to the local pick a part junk yard. Only got a rear view mirror and some small stuff.
Vanos refresh showed up along with the block off plate. So tomorrow will be a thrash to put it all back together.
