I just replaced my center console vent assembly P/N 64228363199 with a used one from eBay. I noticed last week that mine was cracked in the upper left corner.
Interesting that many of the one's for sale on eBay are cracked in the same place, so look carefully. Would have only been a 10 minute job, but both sliders on the one from eBay were broken (they never mentioned that on eBay) so I had to muscle both of the good ones out of the slots from my old one and get them back in the replacement vent. Really tight squeeze. Not an easy task without scratching anything, but managed to work through it

I have ripped out and slammed in that vent into the dash at least a dozen times on my Florida car with no issues. Must be a northern car thing.
