I tried a different product and substituted using actual clay bar for Griot’s Garage Synthetic Clay bar which was remarkably easy to use
This is very easy to use in conjunction with a good detail spray. After doing this I applied some 3M compound to finish cleaning off the surface to my new hood...
This is the actual compound I swear by which gives me the results I am looking for... then I use Rejex sealer to seal the paint
It is very easy to apply using a damp applicator and just enough product to spread across the surface. Wait for the product to dry in a haze them wipe off using a clean microfiber cloth.
Then apply Griot’s Garage Ceramic Wax and you’re done
I left my M3 out so I can work on my ZHP and finish unclogging the windshield cowl drains before leaving it outside.
It rained most of the day yesterday so I took these shots showing how good these products worked on my replacement hood...
