I was really impressed with the quality of the wheel, but I just couldn't get used to the flat bottom when I was making turns. Grabbing a straight piece (or worse, the angled portion) when you're expecting a curve was just really weird. The super aggressive thumb slots were awesome on the track since your hands never leave 3 and 9. The easier ingress/egress from the driver seat was also great.
Well, took almost 7 weeks to receive, but the new wheel came today (I'm sure Covid added to the transit time) and it amazing. First of all, it took 10 minutes to unwrap it (it's so well protected for shipment). And probably an hour to remove the old wheel, transfer the bits over to the new wheel, and reinstall it. I erred on the side of caution and disconnected the battery anyway. Jamming that screwdriver in the slots behind the wheel to release the airbag made me have second thoughts.

Looks great! Based on that insane amount of cellophane I’d say it’s definitely the same seller lol. I love the leather wrapped lower trim (I kept that piece when I sold the wheel).

Thanks all! I always say, nothing better than a clean black car in the right light (shade). Trust me, plenty of blemishes around but it's nice to know in general, Ness still shines ur purdy.
