With this WizGear mount you have a plastic ring securing the plastic ball which wears out over time leaving the mount ineffective because it will no longer stay in the position you want it to remain in...

Today I removed my Wizgear magnetic phone mount for the new Syncwire magnetic phone mount because the Syncwire mount won't move when I hit any bump like my Wizgear mount has been doing.


I like how the Syncwire mount is put together. I looks like a better quality magnetic mount that still does a great job holding the phone in place








I'm deleting this Syncwire mount in favor of the Rennline iPhone mount and charger instead. Both BMWs and my Porsche will have the Rennline mount instead of the mount pictured above.

I also got some Mystic Blue touchup paint from ScratchWizard since BMW no longer provides Mystic Blue touchup paint....







When I get back from my trip to Colorado, I get to do some touchup painting on blauzed

I will also be ordering this clear coat once I get back from my trip so I can paint out my OEM M3 side mirrors and replacement passenger side skirt

Yeah, I just can't order the 2X Clear right now since I will be at Colorado on vacation by the time the clear arrives so I will wait to order this for when I get home. I still have lots of prep work to do on my M3 side mirrors before they are ready for paint anyway... removing a few rock chips and getting the mirror housings smooth for paint... still lots of work left to do on blauzed. I still have my Bilstein PSS-10s to install. I have been working on my cars way too slow for my liking this year.... not sure why...

Tomorrow I will take delivery of a brand new never used, never mounted Wilwood big brake kit from a good friend who wanted me to have this for my ZHP

Calipers are black in the kit I'll be getting...I will probably have them refinished in yellow with black lettering



I will have more pictures once I have this kit in my hands... more upgrades in store for blauzed!

I know you’re very thorough with your updates but would super appreciate it if you could list out all the parts needed for the swap. I am planning to get the Wilwood calipers too in the future.
